Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, just contact us at service@upbe.us within 60 days of shipment to start the return process. Please submit your order#number and provide a reason for your return along with images of the product in its original condition. To qualify for a refund, please return all items in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we're unable to refund those.

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we want to make it right! Reach out to us, and we'll provide you with a prepaid return label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund via your original payment method as quickly as possible.
